Contact support
Reach us by email and include your App Store account email and any relevant booking details so we can respond quickly.
For urgent issues
- Active or upcoming bookings (e.g. access problems, cancellation help).
- Account access issues, including Sign in with Apple.
- Payment, refund, or payout questions.
Self‑service help
You can manage your account directly from the DrivePad app:
- Update profile information from the Profile tab.
- View and cancel bookings from the Bookings tab (driver) or Reservations tab (owner).
- Request account deletion from the Profile tab.
